Welcome to a workshop on the effects of antiblack racism on our health and bodies. The racism that Black people experience have an effect on both our mental and physical well-being. When a person endures persistent racism, every day or structural forms of racism, a stress reaction can be triggered in the body, which in turn can affect you somatically and render you more susceptible to diseases. In this workshop, we create and hold space for dialogue and sharing of experiences over generational lines. The workshop will be held in Swedish.
